Corrections & Revisions

TriWei treats correction as part of responsible publication, not something to conceal.

Current record

No material corrections have been recorded for the current public release.

This statement does not mean that the site is error-free. It means that no material correction has yet been entered in this public log.

What should be recorded

A material entry should use one of these classifications:

  • Correction — a published factual statement was wrong.
  • Clarification — wording was materially ambiguous or incomplete.
  • Source update — the underlying source changed, disappeared, or was superseded.
  • Link correction — an intermediary, broken, or incorrect URL was replaced with the original source.
  • Attribution correction — the author, publisher, or responsible institution was misstated.
  • Expiry — current information passed its review deadline and should no longer appear current.
  • Feature-status change — a feature moved among Published, Research Workbench, or Retired states.
  • Withdrawal — material was removed because its provenance, permission, accuracy, or authorship could not be supported.

Each material entry should identify:

  1. the affected page, record, or feature;
  2. what changed;
  3. why it changed;
  4. the date of the change; and
  5. the source or review basis supporting the change.

Minor spelling, formatting, and accessibility repairs may be corrected without a formal entry when they do not change meaning.

Reporting a problem

Report a material problem through the public project repository. Include the affected page, the direct source supporting the report, and a concise description of the suspected issue.

Do not include private, confidential, privileged, sealed, personal, or unlawfully obtained information in a public report.
